The carriers are made of high durable plastic used in the automotive industry. This is why the engines and bearings can be mounted directly on the carrier. Collectible metal carriers are now unnecessary, and production and storage is easier.
INSULATION SYSTEM
The great advantage of the EXAKT system is the easy insertion of the shutter into the box. The entire bogie drive can be inserted with the help of a universal carrier in the box. This system does not only make installation simpler than it provides easy access to maintenance or replacement parts.
FIRMNESS
Because of the design of the adapter and the base of the pro, the box is tightly attached to the windows window by clicking on the system. Additional fixing after joining is unnecessary.
EASY INSTALLATION
Special attention is paid to the joining of the window opener and the shutter box. The adapter shrinks in the window pro window as it is still in the workshop. The window and blinds can be transported separately to the installation site, which is economical and reduces costs. At the point of installation, the shutter box is simply mounted on the window profile with a slight touch with a recognizable “click”, meaning the box is mounted on the profile.

Exte – The Exact Shutter Box is compatible with all window systems on the market through specially designed adapters for individual profile systems.
The EXAKT system is compatible with all window upgrades and with all opening combinations.
The system includes excellent hidden solutions for all challenging installations such as, for example, multiple separate lifting drives within one box.
EASY DRAWNED AND FAST
Installation can not be simpler. The reinforcement should be positioned in the projection window with plastic clip. For tight clamping there are predetermined holes for the trusses. The box is mounted at an angle to the profile and is pushed forward. Thus, the box automatically enters the corresponding end position.
EXTE SOLUTION
Attaching a large window or door to the top when a box is mounted over the opening is a common problem in practice. Exte solves this problem with special steel reinforcements. Thanks to this unique solution, the window frame is structurally fastened.
EXPERIENCE ONLY
Due to the design of special reinforcement the base of the box is compressed with the profile of the opening. Reinforcement fills the gap, squeezes and creates a firm bond.
Thanks to the existing reinforcement for widths greater than 2.4 meters according to the experiment, no further reinforcement from the upper side is required.
GUIDE
Plastic guides are available for shades of various sizes. They come with the guides and guide covers. For aluminum guides or large elements, aluminum decorative covers can also be used.
ENERGY ASSURANCE AS SUPPORTING THE RENOVATION SECTOR
The built-in box is used for renovation and is counted as part of a window when looking at the position of thermal characteristics. Then it is effectively treated as a supplement to the top pro that was delivered and embedded together with the window. This interpretation must meet two requirements:
- Minimal thermal insulation
The temperature factor fRSI = 0.7 is the smallest possible value of the inner part of the compound of two building blocks for the prevention of moisture growth. This is equivalent to the lowest indoor temperature of 12.6 ° C under standard conditions. The temeperatur factor is measured at three points.
2. Required heat transfer coefficient of total elements.
The window together with the shutter box must not exceed the permissible value of the heat transfer coefficient of 1,7W / m2k. The heat transfer coefficient is derived from the coefficient of the window element and the shutter box respecting the given ratios. More details in the technical part of the catalog.
