The XT family grows. The Exte EXPERT XT box with the possibility of opening in or below is an ideal solution for renovation projects. The box is compact and meets all the requirements of demanding customers, assuming minimal space for maximum comfort. Installing integrated mosquitoes is now even easier, and with the universal parts of the XT series, it becomes even easier with the options of adproxorial installation or underfloor installation. The EXPERT XT is also an idyllic padding box for new builds. The underside cover allows you to completely cover the inside and outside sides of the plaster. When used as a subfloor, the EXPERT XT system offers several types of aluminum and plastic adapters that can be snuggled from the side when the box is undercut, making it easier to set up the façade. With the opening on the underside there is no risk of falling of the insulation that is fired. All this allows you to work at the installation site. When opening and revising the inside of the box, the lid from the bottom and the inside will not completely render this box easier to refurbish.

Exte meets all project requirements both internally and externally. For the renolite decor of paint it is important to emphasize that the inside pages of the boxes remain unchanged and white because the foil is applied externally. Likewise, on the guides of the rolling foil, it is applied from the outside to the corresponding frame color indicated.

When mounted with a tubular motor, the engine is mounted on extremely durable brackets. Newly-designed carriers are designed to be universal for all types of conventional tubular motors, enabling easy assembly and installation.

By achieving universality, expensive metal carriers are avoided, reducing costs, simplifying installation and simplifying general handling.

When the wall splits into the box, special attachments are designed to couple or split the shutter inside the same box. One of the special options of this solution is that the rotating inserts can be inserted through a dividing wall that is large enough for the shaft from Ø 40 to Ø 60 which greatly helps disassembly, especially with projects where subsequent mounting and displacement is required. This high-quality solution with a movable inner partition allows complete partitioning of the bearing bracket with only two covers. This prevents the ‘wear’ of the protective shell. Coupling and disassembly is also easier because of this two-way protection.

The connection between the windows and the box was always of great importance to Exte systems and special attention was paid to the strength of this connection.

Adapters are divided depending on the profile that allows the connection of a box with window pro, fast, easy and high quality.

The advantage of the adapter is that the box rolls together with the shutter can be separately erected and transported to the mounting location, and then connect the adapter only to the window mounting location. This allows for greater flexibility in working with the box and optimizes transport costs on the construction site. All you need on a site is to push the box on the window frame upside down until you hear the recognizable sound “click”

Mounting the upper panel elements shuttering large windows or doors in practice is often a problem. Exte solved this problem with special steel reinforcement.

This unique solution strengthens the static window element so that the windows over 2.4 meters in width and up to 8 meters in height can be reinforced and can thus be used to hold the box without fixing the ceiling.

Effective guide is made of high quality plastic with the possibility of inserting the aluminum extender of the windshield guide. This universal guide is used when dividing the box when it is in the middle of the guide rail, but can also be used as a side guide.
